"I wish it would let you leave negative stars. Worst service from start to finish at Stephen Cole. When you are trying to get a policy, they won’t leave you alone trying to upsell different policies. But, once you need them, crickets! After they mishandled my auto accident claim by entering my information wrong, I used a public adjuster for a home claim and that was slightly better, but they still could not figure out how to mail a check. When I went to cancel, they again tried to make my jump through hoops, forcing me to call their IT department to be able to sign into an online account I was locked out of from day one. Run away from State Farm. They are terrible."

"Shopping & purchasing a policy 20 days prior to effective date ‘& paying in full, State Farm sent daily emails & US Mail, checking online there was no policy shown. Called agent Kevin Lee concerned, obviously detail information had not been entered into the computer system. Mr. Lee only wanted to argue my attitude was unwarranted. I told him I knew how to stop this unrelated paperwork, cancel the policy immediately. Days later, received IS Mail indicating “ Removal from Automatic Payment”. Making me unsure as to the status of policy coverage in a week. Called their office this morning, spoke with Kathy, who professionally listened , checked the policy status, and updated the agency computer to reflect my policy , removing all non appropriate correspondence. This agency had not entered specific information into the computer, generating continuous extraneous “junk” messaging. The agent Kevin Lee does not know how to listen , and wants to argue and did not address the issue. Placing this agency service status in grave question."
